- Variable data for each signature. (names, job title, email address, phone numbers)
- Copies of any graphics, these can be emailed in any electronic form.
Email Signature
An email signature appears at the bottom of your email, your message is typed above the signature, which will move down the page as you type.
Email stationery
Email stationery is like a letterhead, there is information at the top of the page such as your logo, and information at the bottom such as the regulatory information and personal details.
You type you message in a box in the middle, the top stays where it is, but the bottom will move down as you type.
